There are two memberships. S$ 42k (with S$ 20K transfer fee) & Siver that is S$ 10k with (S$ 5K transfer fee). While I was tempted, I bought the silver membership.

Siver membership requires a payment of S$ 40 as green fees on weekdays and S$ 70 as Green Fees on Weekends.

Might as well pay this and save the loss due to transfer fees later (S$ 20k). Still cheaper and more convenient than to play in Malaysia or Indonesia.

Normal golfing rights same as the higher cost one with the Silver membership
