good news and bad news

good news is more ppl join this fun forum, getting more exciting
bad news is pages cannot refresh by itself, it make me fat that i have to eat a lot of cookies.
please look into this.

I tried to brainstorm your problem but i couldn't find any solution and i suspect it is due to either your setting or you have older version of explorer.
Not everyone got this problem.
I put it in layman term, if i set the forum background to orange and everyone see it in orange but 1 or 2 members see it in Blue, there is no way i can help the 1 or 2 members because problem is not on my side.

'?' will make proxy server or desktop local cache thinks that it is a dynamic page (instead of static page)... something similar to a form post/get in cgi...
