Dear All,
I am now in the midst of a golf crisis. I have a problem with my follow through for my golf swing. I either "break" my left elbow or my left arm goes from out side in causing my shoulders rotate on a very flat plan. This either causes a huge hook or super slice....
Anyone have any drills / recommendations they can give / help???

Bro reaper, I hope this can help you.....
bro chow actually taught me this leh... his is more simple... put 1 ball each in the arch of the foot... ball on the rite should move only after u turn body... ball on the left should not move... improve core and to stablise the lower body...
correct me if i am wrong... golfchow...

I have actually done the above before and for me it has help alot with balance and "maintaining / keeping" the body. It has also helped me to slow down my take away and back swing instead of "snatching" it backwards. But I still have problems with breaking my left elbow on impact...huhuhuhuuhuhuuhhuhuhhuhuhu
