Warming up before a game

Do you warm up before a game? What type of warming up do you do to get ready for your game? Anything quirky, unusual, please share

I normally do a 3 mins quickie.

Yess!!! It's a must.
I run 2.4km, 100push ups, 100 sit ups, 50 star jump, 50 seat and reach then go home because too tired to play golf Liao.

For me before any game, i do a quick prayer for myself and everyone, than follow by some stretching and breathing exercises. lastly another min or two on mental preparation.

Actually afterb posting, realised it's more corny then funny kekkeke.
Okok. I do feet rotation, stretch thigh and calf muscles, neck rotation, back stretching, then arms and triceps stretching, Wrist rotation, couple of practice swings with two clubs. Then finally deep breathing before I m ready.

I just do some stretching exercises, mainly to loosen up and prevent injuries.

To play well is just mental and course management.

I start with stretching, arm swing (rotator cuff), hamstring stretch, hips rotation...these helps me warm up my muscles and get ready to play golf...it works for me

i sit inside buggy and spray sun block..

so u guys warm up in changing room or just before tee off?? Me just before tee off... keke

Normally i have a puff for warm up before first Tee off.

By the time you tee-Off, i thk you have already warm down.
