    Re-train myself Empty
    PostSubject: Re-train myself   Re-train myself EmptyFri Apr 01, 2011 10:16 am

    Hi all ,

    Need advice...

Been out for nearly a month now due to bodily injuries.
Just had my final X-ray done and my doc says all green light now.
So my question is, what kind of exercise and how often should i do it ?
My injuries was on my right rib cage , right chest , left elbow and also my internal nerves from
my right chest to my left elbow.
Sometimes, I do have difficulties in breathing ... but
Strange, I did an ECG recently and no problems found there.

Oh yeah, any good TCM to recommend ?
My insurance agent says I can claim if I visit them. Good huh !

I misses playing the game dearly .....

cheers and miss u all (hope u all miss me too, ;-) )!

    hugs !

Best is to ask your doctor to recommend you a physio therapist. Do a check and the physio would be able to create a list of strengthing / conditioning excercise regime for you to follow.
