Ya man, I have this kind of feeling also since two week ago slaughter by Sssssss-Killer and today by New Buaya of NSRCC Seiko whom claim HC 24.4 but throught out the game either Par or Bogey except got 2 hole double Bogey. Seiko Kor Kor was so feed up playing with me( Tee-Off only 160m, second shot either duff or top ball, at least takes 5 to 6stokes into the green. Only thing is putter manage 2putt) throughout the 18holes. After game he left NSRCC without telling us that he wont join us for drinks.
The way he play today and got feedback by his personnel PRO, his HC should be cut at least HC 16.
