Yes, was about to add that. I played there recent in Palm and IOI, it was bad.

The green were dry and uneven. I would suggest ppl to go elsewhere.

I say give till 14the May. Then it should be better, provided there is rain...

Lately the rain was very bad so i think it had affected the green etc, but i have confident that by 14 May, it will be a beautiful course to play ! Very Happy

Poor Maintenance. They have the sprinkles to water the green during the Dry season but where are the Maint Crews.
Should I say they don't maintain the courses (some but not all) like what we do in Singapore.
I played in various courses in Johor. Villa is in a sorry state now. In time to come ... may be on par with Austin Hill.

UL rite. After last week feedback from Chongar, we call up them. The IC there ensure it will be better by near date.

I doubt by May 14, the condition will improve that significantly. Such agriculture work takes time and effort. If it's a local course giving such promise, I dare to believe. But a M'sia course giving such a promise, I will not be confident with their promise. Of course I do hope that it does improve for the sake of the medal. Maybe should reccee again soon and sufficient time in advance to detrmine if there is a need to make any contingency plans. My 2cents worth ah.

The green need Hollow Tining, thereafter need about three weeks to recover. During such period there will be lot of soil even it is playable.
