How many CEOs dare to pass such remarks Sadly, In Singapore, I believe none....

Productivity and efficiency are just buzz words that western educated bosses used to tell you not to be lazy...unless it's measurable. Then again, even if it's measurable, the next question to ask is with what criteria? Country norms? Industry norms?....And mind you, the norms are very different in Europe as compared to say, Japan...

End of the day, majority of the golfers will tell you that these two buzz words are only meaningful if they've more times to play golf...

Different culture. Historically Asians have always been the more hardworking lot as compared to Europeans and Americans. Our forefathers have instill a "work like a buffalo" mentality which still prevails now.

Nevertheless, work efficiently and effectively. If you do finish with time to spare, AB*.

I'm also SAD to say that i was being penalize for being too efficient ......
