| No need to say......it a fact ! Remember the last Malacca trip, the tour bus we were travelling was stop....because we were over weight.....over weight with WHAT ??? Golf bags ???? The tour guide and driver kena slap RM200 fine.... | |

| Not 'lawless' lah. Just that the 'grey area' is a lot larger than black and white areas. For Police Force especially TP, it is 'pay as you wish' for offence claimed by them especially on NS highways during school holidays like NOW. The advantage is that we can 'discuss' problems (real or fictional) and pay to resolve it. However like WWF (Not WrestleMania) slogan, " When the buying stops, the killing can too", it will takes long time and effort to do stop it. | |
