Can NSRCC member book game for 2balls on weekend?

BTW, bad news here, i called NSRCC yesterday, they told me Upgrading member not entitled to the promotion Sad

The problem is Daniel donwan join if i not joining Sad

But good you go psycho him leh, then i can still play with him on weekdays. And if i struck 4D i go convert to ordinary liao.
