just start golfing again after stopping for 3 to 4 months... i think my last game is with UL and sonny at NSRCC.. haha

went range and broke my driver shaft...left it in the car for too long...sian..

What shaft u using? Broke from the fixed hosel or adjustable hosel bro?

the stock shaft from ping G25.. TFC189D
Break at the adjustable hosel..
Both the G20 and G25 are kept inside the bag together in car... G20 shaft still haven't break...G25 broke after around 20 hits..

Now order black OPS shaft to try.....hopefully the feel is the same as the ping stock as feeling really damn good...

Just go back into the game after a 2 years long break.. KNS my NSRCC membership was not used for the pass years.. now much use until siong!!

NSRCC Changi too far for me these days.. shifted back to West side.. typically will be at tpy range on sat 11am as kids are taking lessons there.

1st sign up is for 12 lessons at $360.
After the first 12, you top up on 4 lesson each at $120. Duration is approx 1 hour.

The coach will help to with the equipment first until they are near PC stage before asking you to buy them their own personal one. My two kids have gone for 6 lessons so far, currently able to putt (if they put their minds to it) and swing advancing the ball 25m on a tee.

I decided to not teach them myself.. as I dun want them to lose interest. We adults learn is more on technique.. kids learn at them current age (IMHO) is for fun. BTW one is 4 the other is 6 yrs old. The game need to be fun for them. So just let the coach OTOT carry on.

Yeah i agree, kids tends to lose interest fast. Btw, mine is 12 and 9 yrs old, the eldest shows her interest, i need to guide her and show a proper pathway to her goals though.

So how did u select the coach, by recommendations or just dropping by at the golf school and asking around?

By recommendations. My colleagues and neighbours kids are all current students of his.

The coach name is Lawrence, from the golfer.sg which operate in tpy range. Look for him and have a chat. He is good with juniors.
