Mailbox Question

Hi Admin, can u kindly advice the following:
1) After sending my PM, the msg is still in the OUTBOX for a long time. While at times after sending a PM, it is in the SENT BOX
2) If I understand correctly and if this functions like MS Outlook, msgs in OUTBOX did not leave my account yet correct? How do I get them to be mailed out?
3) Or is it possible that these msgs only leaves my OUTBOX when the receipant is online? It stays in my OUTBOX if the receipant is not online?

Note that my mailbox is not full.

In most forum, after you sent out a Personal Message it won't store in the OUTBOX because the creator wants to save more forum space.

For RDG, after you sent out a Personal Message, it will be store in your OUTBOX and serve as record(limit 50). I intentionally set this is because i think that it is important to track what Personal Messages have we sent in the past.

Your PM will still be sent and if you want to remove it, just delete it away.

I have a feedback to our RDG admin..I encounter log in problem when i am on my blackberry. The website keep pom me for id n password, it just not allows me to log in to the site. My note book is ok, probably is the same ip i used to create the account. Thanks

Suspect is your blackberry problem. Reason is we can log in using normal pc/laptops. My hp also got no problem logging in.

I am using blackberry storm but I have no problem in auto login as long as I do not remove the battery of my blackberry. Whenever I click the link of the email I received, I am able to go in under already login.

Try logging in and ensure you enable the REMEMBER PASSWORD?
When I don't enable that, it always prompts me too

Or check see if your BB browser has the delete cookies/cache or personal data on termination of browser option enabled? I don't use a BB but its the same assumption as any PC/ NOTEBOOK browser when you clear all personal data and cache/ cookies, your password will be removed/deleted
