Never happened in Golf History

Today a weird incident happened. After teeing off, we proceed to our fairway to make our 2nd shot. Golfer couldn't find his ball and then realize he forgotten to tee-off.
Slinger laugh till fall off from buggy.

he must be busy looking for lost golf balls in the hazard!!

he must be watering the plant again....

Wa lau, lidat oso can. Must give him an award!

I mean player realises it when he is in the fairway looking for his ball that he has forgotten to tee off, I believe he can always drive back to tee box to take the shot, right? Any penalty?

army hole 5, left water, right OB (roadside hole), cart path cut across the white tee-box n the red tee-box, so he tee-off but top the ball, ball hit the curb of the cart path (never pass red tee), bounce back past the white tee box into OB.....

he refuse to buy beer, say ball go OB, not before red tee, no count .....
