| One of my New Year resolution is to head to the Gym more for 2011. 8) But it a long time since i take a dumbbell or do 100 push up.... This time round i would like to focus on the group muscles which can help me to focus and play better golf. longer drive, better stamina etc. Anyone can share with me what to look for or any good Gym trainer that can focus on golf muscles and golfing needs ?? | |

| Uncle Lau I share ur sentiments too so I starting to do pushups regularly and some light weights first to get back some strength! U can invest in some dumb bells or bar bells so u can use at home! | |
