W.I.M.P? PART 66

QUESTION:
A player's ball is lodged behind a tree. He declares it unplayable and exchanges it for a different ball, which he then drops according to the Rules. What is the penalty?

Player A aka seiko can take a drop from unplayable lie but cannot change to a new ball ! Must play from the same ball ! 2 strokes for strokes play and lost of hole for match play !

I kenna once, see my ball caught by the palm leaves but I cannot retrieve.

ANSWER:
There is penalty of one stroke. Rule 28.
Under this Rule there is no additional penalty for not playing the original ball as the three options under penalty of one stroke permit continuing the hole with a ball (and not THE ball).
