RDG Vintage Club / RVC

I started this sub club as myself and a few of my fellow RDgers are the 50 and 60's kids. We gone thru the Singapore great flood, life in the kampong, army days trained by Israeli trainers, used M16 and not the new SAR21, dance the Ar Go Go and the Disco, fashion after John Travolta hair do, sang the Beatles and Air Supply songs during schools days......Mr Lee Kuan Yew was than the Prime Minister and many watch him on TV crying....

Everyone is welcome to share stories, health tips and form flights to play and chat of the good old days......

I like to start this RVC rolling by proposing a Range meet at Central team 28 June at Bishan. We would bring out our most vintage clubs to play and share. Persimmon drivers and woods, irons must be at least 15 years old ! Sound fun right !!!

Tap-In 2 way chipper (100% Made in USA)

Prosimmon 3 wood

All collection are for left-handed which made it more harder to find.

Somehow, the plain B60 blade putter have 'good feel' when putting as compare to newer putter with all kinds of 'treated' face to help with feel.

Last night at Bishan Range i too my Mizuno MS-3 1,3,4 persimmon to played and silver too, his old woods and irons....our sets at least 25 years old.....

We had a great time hitting the old woods, although no loud PINK sound but the feel still good. The distance okay but everyone had a great time hitting.

Rocky just loved the old persimmon woods.......think will get one for his Bday.....
