My first 18 holes game

Played my first 18 holes golf today... very siong hor... Completed d course wif a score of 130... & lost 2 golf balls... but really enjoy myself today... Woohooo

Yalor, i remember last time i brought a beginner to Kukup 36 holes...he lost 30 balls....

1st 18 and only lose 2 balls... WOW very good loh.

my first 18 holes, lost like 20 balls ... scored almost 150 .... don't believe, ask Ranctor ... he almost fall asleep while waiting for me to re-tee a par3 across water .... lol

Having some muscle definitely helps to strengthen your body... Its helps your swing better than just using your normal rotational swing... Hit d gym once a while.. U might see some different to your golf game..

i heard tht purely muscle doesnt help.....

something like stronger core muscle, having the flexibility to utilise them is the way to go.....
