| Come down to my work gym... I will show u guys some exercises that u can practice correctly n safely.... Sometime certain exercises u can't do alone cos u might not perform a good body posture hence u will get injured...
I will try to conduct a group session for RDG soon... Need to check my working roster... | |

If you play with UL and me, you can have unlimited mulligan and hit as many driver tee shot as you like.  UL can supply you unlimited golf balls free of charge too. | |
