Group exercise

Subject: Group exercise Tue Jul 05, 2011 7:12 am

Hi All,

I will be conducting a free 30 mins group exercise session on the 3rd weeks of July 2011.Venue will be at SAFRA Jurong EnergyOne gym. At the end of this 30 mins session, participants will understand the important of fitness for sports. Full details will be out soon. Thank you.

Jurong is the opposite end of where i live, but i believe the trip is worth it.

My doctor told me I need to lose 10kg. The exercise will cover weight losing?

Core body workout help to strengthen core muscle.. Losing weight falls under weight loss management.. Different exercises apply to weight loss
