HCP should base on +/- 5 Strokes. So if your HCP declare 20, u shouldn't play anything below gross 87. If u does, then u should declare you HCP lower than 20. If you don't. Then u are a BUAYA.

Don't tell friends around you that this is your ever best score, if you have the ability to score , you should proudly announce that your HCP is lower now due to your hard work. My 2 cents.
