Is this normal?

I took my newly purchased wedge out to driving range for a spin. After hitting couple of easy quarter shot, I was shock to see this. Can u tell what's on the face of the wedge? It is the skin peeled off the range ball. Is this normal? I had other wedges and this has never happened. Needless to say, the ball hit the ground and checked immediately.

Anyway i can't hit swee spot most of the time so I dnt hv this problem. Sorry can't help.

Aiya, it the cover from the range ball when you strike the range ball lah, just some soft soap and water will wash off lor...please lah this type of things, do call me, don't post and embarrassed me

Wow..so good. Every shot hit sweet spot..

Don't know who is fighting with me to hit the club. . Next time must charge $1 per hit.
