Yups agree Oscar / Rohana service sux bigtime nowadays.. Kena twice screwed up by them over 2 bookings .. got all the sms confirmations but the golf course never got confirmation from them.. make us wait 1 hr delay and hv to call long distance to Oscar/ Rohana and ding dong back and forth to sort out and best can do is wait for cancellations that day...sigh Quite reliable recently! | |
