| I guess everyone read the outcome now where the person was reported sacked. My question is not on the post but the danger of FB and the border line of your personal life and what does it got to do with the company.
In this day and age, is there such thing as life aft work anymore? I mean you can post something whenever you see it in FB on yr after office hours, does the company have any rights to reprimand you and restrict what is right or wrong?

| Good point - political correctness. the borderline of life after work seems to be blurred and no longer that black and white line being drawn. | |

| FB is like cyber media, you have to be careful what you post, especially racist, defamation and politics...

It doesn't mean after work, you can openly say racist remarks also... right? It is not a matter of where you post, but what you said.

It is not a matter of where you post, but what you said. NG is giving u a subtle reminder... u cannot say anything bad abt the CM here... the lau uncle can shag sack u also... in this case, u get BANNED...

| With the context of the mentioned remarks aside!
Do you as a "bread and butter white collar worker" believe that we have a moral obligation to the company that employed us after office hours?
I meant to question if what we say after office hours matters to the employment that we are in when we are not committing any crime that against any legal wrongdoing.

| bro Daffu, your english very the chim, i can hardly understand.
what i think ... i am what i present myself to everyone around me. If i always behave like a ah beng, and if i am working in a Bank as a CEO, i think it is natural that everyone will see the bank no up for hiring a Ah-Beng CEO.
So i think you don't have moral obligation to the company, but you have moral obligation to yourself...
