NSRCC will allow the public to play NSRCC Executive par 3 / 9holes walking course. Any PC from Singapore to Timbuktu.....

If no PC, it okay just go for a simple swing test at the range and you be able to play for 1 year.

NSRCC will not recognised any PC beside NSRCC issued if anyone wishes to play the 27 holes championship in NSRCC and 18 championship holes in Kranji.

I believed other club practised this matter too unless it SICC, Sentosa and TMCC. (citation needed)

Not truee leh.... Previously under SBGC PC nia, I oso played at NSRCC Kranji and Changi leh. Some more weekend... Unless they change this ruling this two yrs lah... (kekek I know, 2yrs is a LONG TIME)

SBGC now is a Aviation Hub lah, the only rules is the No Fly Zone ....

NSRCC have changes it polices a few times to benefits everyone and also for safety of many.
