How many Hours Of Sleep You need Before A Golf Game ????

I need at least 6 hours of sleep for a day of golf, but most of the time i got excited and woke up in the middle of the night. Thus having only maybe 4 hours of sleep.

Guess it a blessing if we could get 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

I can't sleep knowing that I'm going to lose money to all the buayas...

3 hours minimum.

Think as i age...i need minimum 5 to 6 hours, if not i played like TW !

After monitoring the hours of sleep before each game....for me 6 hours best !

no matter how much or how less i sleep, i still play like standard not there yet...

Sometime i think quality sleep also very important. A good 3hours quality sleep is better than a 5hours sleep full of nightmare or loud snoring noise from the person beside you.

Me need 6hrs but usually end up worried I overslept. Causing me to wake in the middle of the night then cannot sleep back. Sigh.....

Dnt sleep is the best cos no energy to swing hard = no OB or the ball flying to anywhere except on the fairway.
