Those were the days ... Let's share our childhood days, the gowing up years and activities ... as many memories that we can recall.
I used to stay in a shophouse along Victoria Street, behind the house is a Malay Cemetery and by the side of the row of shop houses is a Mosque.
Every time I drive pass that area my mind will replay those growing up years, My childhood friends, catching spiders, the game that we use to play and of course the SMM that grew up together ....
A song to go along:
Come share your childhood days' memories Cheers.

Surely there are many fond memories of yesteryears.
I get to stay with my uncle in the early 70s' at the then Toa Payoh new town. Imagine those three rooms flat cost only $7k.
My Aunties on Jalan Mata Ayer around Sembawang Area. The fish pond with the toilet on top of it. The Rambutan trees ...
How about yours ...

Some of them here will make us look ancient if we talk about spider fighting, marbles playing, and I was a sharp shooter with the catapult made from Tembusu trees. In school, played kuti kuti. Oh....time flies. Yet it was only like yesterday.
So to all the young ones....treasure the youth, treasure the energy cos every year your swing speed will drop by about 5 mph. You are not always going to drive 260 metres. So when you have it, enjoy the moment. It will all too soon become....just memories. Fond, good memories...
And friendship...treasure the good friendship. Spend time with good friends cos they are few. So spend the energies we have building bonds that last. Discard the trouble makers... for they will never add any value to your lives.
I don't how much time I am left for good golf...so I make up now for areas that I lack. Lost my long game, so I invest in technology and short games. So that I can still give the young ones some challenge. Hehe But whatever the score of the day, a day out in nature is still better than being coup up sick at home or office. I thank God everyday I see daylight. What about you?
See you guys soon.

There are too many things to recall.
The Kindergarden years in 1968 at Jalan Besar. The Primary School years along Victoria Street. The Secondary School years in Bras Basah Road. The Poly yeras in two campus. The shifting to Dover road. Uni days not in NUS (formerly know as University of Singapore) or NTU. The Army Dazes, First Job after ROD... My first pay check. BGR (Boy Girl Relatioship) ... etc.
Those were the days
