Cristel, check above website to see average women distance for 7iron...
Short hitter = 60 yards = 54.6m
Medium hitter = 90 yards = 81.9m
Long hitter = 120 yards = 109.2m

For your dear Michael 7i
Short hitter = 120 yards = 109.2m
Medium hitter = 140 yards = 127.4m
Long hitter = 150 yards = 136.5m

These stats are taken for social golfers like us I think...
