Bro SD, think your coach is not up to standard to teach. If u Pay him for driver and distance training but he can't deliver, then ask for refund or if not expose him. I believe distance can be trained and improved. Distance is techniques and swing speed.

Some coaches are only good to teach beginners but not good enough to teach low hcp players.

Like the rest of the bro mentioned, u may need some core training first if you are not flexible and strong.

Over the Internet, there are some websites which teaches driver and long distance, may cost just fraction of what u paid. They are the long drive champions who can drive 350-400 plus yards.

Just my 2 cents.

Swing fan is just a gadget to help you swing faster but you still need the correct techniques to gain the extra distance.

bro SD , not too worry too much if that coach can't do much , my suggestion is change a coach . there is no way a coach speaks like this. even old man i played with tee off about 240m and he is swinging well not fast but with proper techique you should be able to tee off a reasonable distance . i dun are to say you surely can ee off that far but you can do better tha now.. come find me when i practice than see how it goes after a few session.
