I think I read that per iron per claim there is also an excess and cap correct. Heheh

The problem is that my iron is quite a special type. Not commonly found in the market. Even the iron cover is made specially for this hybrid iron.

Once your claim is approved by the insurance co, they will issue you with a letter detailing how and what you can claim eg if you lost the 7 iron of Callaway make, you must replace the same club. You'll have to pay first and submit your bill so that they can reimburse you minus the excess amount. Yes, I believe can buy only one iron from PW or GH, and it may be a special order.

I lost my Callaway 7 iron at Palm Resort, made a report, submit my claim, got the approval and PW arranged for my replacement and I got my reimbursement less $50 excess

I believe so, when I made my slaim for my lost 7i, the bill was $270 and I got back $220
