D.I.Y improve the drive distant

D.I.Y. at the driving range, now i can drive across the 150 m, the 200m mark is still not reachable, how to improve to drive across the 200m mark ? please advise ?

wow, tht's a very tricky question.
improving driving distance is almost on all golfer's mind. and many ppl have many many theories but whether anyone of them works idk.
I thinking lookin for yr pro is the best option. he wld advise base on yr current swing.

I had this same problem as you. I can drive straight 160-180. But the moment i want to drive further, the ball either fade or hook.
I got no problem with my mid and short iron and quite happy with it.
But as u see, with a short drive, you need a long iron or hybrid to compensate back the distance need to cover(G.I.R). That is why i never 2-ON when playing blue tee and rarely 2-ON on white. Quite tired of bogey and double-bogey games nowadays too.

Bro, join us on 25th March at Bishan range, go analyze your swing and we can help you with your swing.

Normally if you can't hit 200m, means somewhere in your swing is wrong. need to see and advise. That's why the Pro will take video analysis for you.

My view is if our limit is 180m or less and we need to clear 200m water, guess it best learn to lay up. 8)

Our strength and abilties are limited, so for me i rather work on shorts games to improved score.

I rather have average driver distance and consistent iron distance then long driving but inconsistent iron. Of course if both good lagi best lah but hey!! That's why I m not a buaya. Kekekke

Jazz_samz actually played in the mid 80"s........but with seiko with him.....sure plays 120 that day !
