| Bro jake, what you have done is call stressing your muscles, not strengthening. Too many exercises without proper rest is stress....

| I used to have strain on my hamstring before. That was because I did long jump. But I can still jog or even run, but of course jumping cannot. Golf uses hamstring or not ah? | |

From what i experience.... Golf don't really use hamstring muscles..... Maybe u sustain the injury from other activities..... What you can do is, do a lot of warm out before any activities then start ur STRECTHING.... With this you will relax the muscles contraction...... When muscles is tight easily u get injured while do just a simple things.... (e.g Bending down to pick something or trying to carry something) So do more strecthing before any physical activities....

| saw the doc today.... i actually got lots of old injuries from the past (knees n ankles) and this time round i pulled my hamstring n some muscle at the buttocks....
so recommend i rest, do stretching n some physio..... hope i can recover fast.... provided i dun backside itchy... which i think tht i highly likely will be itchy....
