im adverse to new condos... their bedrooms are soooooo small... sigh..

3 years from now. My parc sophia just top. It is 629sf. Always wanted to move to town area but worry cannot adjust to staying in a shoebox apartment.

Most impt must b comfortable....

My unit is 1100sf. Lucky it's squarish. So still have some space to run around n exercise

1100sf is luxurious these days. Most 2 bed room are less than 900 sf now. Otherwise for the same price move to woodland or changi and stay in a landed house lor. build up 4000sf. hehehehe

anyway i bought the unit earlier this year much lower den the other units in e development

cos that time there was huge uncertainty if market will up or down..

At least your place got enough room to keep all your golf bags and so many set of clubs. When i move to my 629sf apartment, i may have to leave my golf bag outside my main door with my shoes. hehehehe

We used to stay in Kembagan (lengkong tiga) area for about 20 years until i moved to changi

lengkong Tiga is a nice place.. not as congested compared to other places...
